Qualification boundary

R40 is not a production admission. It does not claim unlimited policies, one-billion heterogeneous-rule execution, sub-100 ns decisions, complete PostgreSQL compatibility, independent external certification, or that all GuardLatice mathematical documents are implemented end to end.
